Auntie Luay, born and raised in Surin, Thailand, is passionate about sharing the delightful flavors of her homeland with the world. After refining her culinary skills and experiencing various international cuisines, Auntie Luay created a unique and delicious Pad Thai sauce that captures the essence of traditional Thai flavors.
Auntie Luay started her journey in Bangkok, studying at prestigious universities and working in popular expatriate restaurants, where her love for the food industry blossomed. After moving to Switzerland with her husband, David, and their two children, she founded ‘Luay’s Thai Cuisine’ in Zurich, offering catering, take-away food, and cooking lessons. Her signature Pad Thai sauce became an instant hit among family, friends, and customers.
