Auntie Luay started her journey in Bangkok, studying at prestigious universities and working in popular expatriate restaurants, where her love for the food industry blossomed. After moving to Switzerland with her husband, David, and their two children, she founded ‘Luay’s Thai Cuisine’ in Zurich, offering catering, take-away food, and cooking lessons. Her signature Pad Thai sauce became an instant hit among family, friends, and customers.
